Sabrina Carpenter secures a second consecutive week at number one on the Official Albums Chart with Man’s Best Friend. The album becomes her second project to stay more than a single week at the top, following the record-breaking success of 2023’s Short n’ Sweet, which continues to hold strong this week at number 11.
The highest new entry of the week comes from Britpop legends Suede with their tenth studio release, Antidepressants, landing at number two. The record equals the peak position of their 2023 album Antifiction and gives the band their tenth Top 10 album in the United Kingdom.
Antidepressants also lead the Official Record Store Chart, selling the most copies through independent record shops across the UK, and claim the top spot on the Official Vinyl Albums Chart as the biggest-selling vinyl of the week.
Congratulations go to Merseyside alternative rock outfit Red Rum Club, who achieve their best chart position yet with their fifth studio album BUCK, debuting at number seven. The band, made up of Joe “the Blow” Corby, Fran Doran, Simon Hepworth, Neil Lawson, Michael McDermott and Tom Williams, previously charted with The Hollow Of Humdrum in 2020 at number 58, How To Steal The World in 2021 at number 34, and 2024’s Western Approaches, which reached number eight.
English pop innovators Saint Etienne earn their third Top 10 album, and their highest charting record in more than three decades, with International debuting at number eight. The twelfth studio album from Sarah Cracknell, Bob Stanley, and Pete Wiggs now sits alongside 1993’s So Tough at number seven and 1994’s Tiger Bay at number eight, bringing their tally to 11 albums in the Top 40.
With the arrival of its follow-up, SWAG II, Justin Bieber’s SWAG makes an impressive climb of 77 spots to return to the Top 10 at number 10 this week.

This joins his catalogue of chart successes, including his 2013 number one debut Long Way Down, 2016’s Wrong Crowd at number two, 2018’s Jubilee Road at number five, 2021’s Monsters at number four, 2022’s Best Day Of My Life at number seven, and 2024’s Black Friday at number four.

Former Talking Heads frontman David Byrne celebrates his fifth solo appearance in the Top 40 with Who Is The Sky?, entering at number 34. Meanwhile, as his UK arena tour begins, Lewis Capaldi’s debut album Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent makes a strong return, climbing 22 spots to land at number 37.
