In this conversation, Gary Barve dives into the memories that shaped their voice and the vision shaping their future.
BH Review: How did you get started in music?
Gary Barve: I have been a passionate music and song lover for about 30 years, and I am 41 years old, so for a large part of my life. I am a big believer in having big, bold, positive, productive dreams and taking action to reach those dreams.
BH Review: What inspired you to become a musician?
Gary Barve: In 2025, I started releasing music videos on my social media via the awesome Smule app. In about October 2025, I decided to see if I am any good at singing and went to The Wall Of Sound Productions Recording Studio in the great state of Iowa to record multiple guitar or piano-based-only vocal cover songs, and released them worldwide on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Tidal and more channels.
BH Review: Can you tell us a bit about your background and upbringing?
Gary Barve: I was born in Summit, NJ, in 1984, so I am 41 years old. I would have loved to grow up in my country, the greatest country in the world, the United States of America, but my family relocated to India when I was about 4 and a half years old. I returned home to the United States of America in 2008. I have been through some awful personal challenges in my life, and battled and conquered them with the grace of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and the people who stood by me and motivated me.
BH Review: What's your favorite memory related to music?
Gary Barve: There are a few, heres three:
The latest one is me listening to my finished mastered produced 6 minute cover song version of Unchained Melody originally sung and made eternal by the one and only king of music and American music legend Elvis Presley. I turned out the lights, put on my headphones and played my 6 minute version of Unchained Melody. As the keyboard started playing and my vocals started resonating, the song brought emotions of happiness and at the same time nearly brought a tear to my eye.
I heard Hollywood Superstar Ryan Seacrest played my cover song Cant Help Falling In Love originally sung and made eternal by the one and only king of music and American music legend Elvis Presley, on radio in LA and NY
My music played on radio stations in the USA, Sweden, England, Columbia, Spain and more countries
BH Review: What's your biggest passion outside of music?
Gary Barve: I am officially running for President of The United States of America in the 2028 election as a Republican supporter of our President Donald J. Trump and as a believer in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior with the goal to Save America. I have interviewed with about 40 patriotic media networks in the United States of America, with some interviews having about 1 Million Live viewers and listeners.
I am a published author of my book One Nation Under God, available worldwide on Amazon, Barnes & Noble and Apple iBooks in digital and paperback formats.
I am working towards my first Hollywood Movie with production hopefully starting in early 2026.
I am a budding entrepreneur and will soon start my first Luxury Sweet Perfume For Women and Strength Cologne For Men brand nationwide, most probably named The President From Gary Barve ??
BH Review: How do you stay motivated and inspired?
Gary Barve: I follow President Donald J. Trump's advice: Love what you do and Never Give Up.
I also love having big, positive, productive dreams and taking action to walk and then run towards those dreams.
Taking action towards achieving your big positive productive dreams is one of the big differences between people who dream at night and wake up in the morning to go about their day, and the people who dream at night and wake up in the early morning to live their dreams during the day.
I put in about 90 hours a week on average in 2025 towards reaching my goals and objectives. I did not take a single complete day off in year 2025, I did not take a single vacation day in year 2025, and I felt like I never worked a minute in the year 2025, because I love what I do.
BH Review: What's your favorite song to play live?
Gary Barve: Hero from Music Sensation Enrique Iglesias. I have been listening to Enrique Iglesias' songs for more than two decades, and I feel his song Hero resonates beautifully emotionally. My cover song Hero is an acoustic version with just vocals and guitar.
I also love singing Can't Help Falling in Love from the one and only king of music and American music legend Elvis Presley. I sang this song recently on my first Showbiz Music & Entertainment show interview with the awesome Vigilantes Radio Live show hosted by my friend Demetrius.
BH Review: What's your creative process like when writing songs?
Gary Barve: I am a complete outsider when it comes to recording and publishing music and releasing it worldwide, and I have no real formal music coaching to speak of. This allows me to think outside the box, because I am not bound by constraints that a certain defined way of thinking could bring. I have had the great honor to sing and publish worldwide 5 cover songs: Perfect from Ed Sheeran, Hero from Enrique Iglesias, Can't Help Falling In Love and Unchained Melody from Elvis Presley and Fix You from Coldplay, and my official music artist name is Gary Barve For USA President. I would love to write my first song in the year 2026, perhaps while collaborating with another music artist or songwriter.
BH Review: Do you have a favorite album or artist that influences your work?
Gary Barve: Elvis Presley is the one and only king of music and an American music legend. His vocals and songs are eternal, his personality is magnetic, his energy is positive and inspiring, and his stage presence is larger than life.
Ed Sheeran, Enrique Iglesias, Chris Martin, and the band Coldplay are truly awesome, sensational and inspirational.
I love music from Taylor Swift, Britney Spears, Bryan Adams, Justin Bieber, Ellie Goulding, Carrie Underwood, and Luke Bryan. I also grew up listening to music bands Backstreet Boys, Boyzone, Westlife and NSync, and I love their music.
One of my favorite music albums is my music album This One Is For You with my 5 cover songs. I am dedicating my music album, This One Is For You, to my country, the greatest country in the world, the United States of America and to the patriotic American people who built our country.
BH Review: What's the most challenging part of being a musician?
Gary Barve: Being a musician is a great honor and a privilege for me; it is not a challenge for me to be a musician. Music and singing are my creative art forms that bring a lot of happiness to my life.
I LOVE MUSIC, as my Swedish friend DJ Josebo would say.
