Juvenile Presents Boiling Point
Juvenile remains one of the most important rap figures to ever come out of New Orleans, and that influence is something he continues to honor on his latest album Boiling Point. The 20 song project highlights his signature self assured presence, sharp lyricism, and smooth yet powerful flow from start to finish. The featured artists also add strong energy and variety to the project. Megan Thee Stallion, Timbaland, Swizz Beatz, Dee-1, Jacquees, and others appear alongside fellow Cash Money and Hot Boys veterans Birdman, Mannie Fresh, and B.G. across the album. Even though Juvenile is no longer in the peak era of his career, Boiling Point proves he still has meaningful stories and solid music to offer the culture. Time will tell whether this momentum brings even more releases from him as the decade continues.
