Robbie Williams announced as first British Grand Prix 2027 headliner

Silverstone has announced Robbie Williams as its first musical headliner for the 2027 Formula 1 British Grand Prix. The pop icon will perform on the Marks and Spencer Mainstage on July 1, launching the four day celebration.

Best known for hits including ‘Angels’, Robbie will begin the weekend with an energetic set featuring some of his most popular songs and the commanding stage presence that has made him one of Britain’s longest standing entertainers.

Robbie said: “I’ve heard Silverstone gets loud… Thursday night on the Mainstage, let’s kick off the British Grand Prix properly….”

The British Grand Prix is now one of the biggest live entertainment events in the UK. Earlier this year, Silverstone attracted 564,000 visitors, setting a new attendance record for the historic circuit.

Robbie follows several major performers who have previously taken centre stage at the British Grand Prix. This year’s event featured headline performances from David Guetta, Richard Ashcroft, Chase and Status and James Arthur.

His concert will launch the Grand Prix festivities, which continue until July 4.

Silverstone said the performance supports its aim of delivering a complete weekend combining motorsport, live music and entertainment across the entire venue.

Tickets for Thursday evening begin at £50 and include entry to Silverstone and the concert area from 5pm. Fans can register for early access until 5pm on September 22, before tickets go on general sale at 10am on September 24.
